We are pleased to announce the upcoming Summer School 2027, which will take place in Celje, Slovenia, from 29 June to 1 July 2027.
The Summer School is organised within the AEQUALIS4TCLF project and is intended for the most successful participants who have completed and tested the learning programmes developed within the project. The event will bring together learners, educators, trainers, and experts from different European countries, creating a unique opportunity for international cooperation and knowledge exchange.
The programme will focus on current developments, challenges, and opportunities within the textile, clothing, leather, and footwear (TCLF) industries. Special attention will be given to sustainability, innovation, inclusion and diversity, digital transformation, circular economy approaches, responsible production, and creative practices that are shaping the future of the sector.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in lectures, practical workshops, collaborative activities, and discussions designed to encourage interdisciplinary learning, creativity, and the exchange of experiences. The Summer School will provide a platform for exploring innovative solutions and strengthening connections between education, industry, and society.
Beyond the educational programme, participants will have the opportunity to experience the cultural and social environment of Celje, one of Slovenia’s oldest and most vibrant cities, while building valuable international networks with peers and professionals from across Europe.
The Summer School aims to foster knowledge, skills, and cooperation that contribute to a more sustainable, innovative, inclusive, and resilient future for the TCLF sector.
