Promotion of the AEQUALIS4TCLF Project at the 50th Anniversary of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, Serbia

The promotion of the AEQUALIS4TCLF Erasmus+ project was organized on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak, University of Kragujevac, on 12 November 2025. As part of the celebration, an exhibition was also held to showcase students’ creative works and project activities, and to recognize and award talented students of the Faculty of Technical Sciences in the fields of graphic and clothing engineering and design.

Dr Vesna Petrović, a AEQUALIS4TCLF project contact person, informed the audience that through this project, the University of Kragujevac, together with its’ project partners from 7 European countries, aims to develop more competent and adaptable workforce, strengthen the sector’s resilience, and support the green and digital transition in line with European priorities.

For students, the project introduces numerous innovations. It focuses on the development of modern, sustainability-oriented curricula that respond to the real needs of the labour market. These programmes aim to equip students with the knowledge and skills required to meet new European standards and prepare them for future professional challenges.

Overall, the event highlighted the importance of collaboration, innovation, and modern educational approaches in shaping a skilled and future-ready workforce for the textile, clothing, leather and footwear sector.
